【摘要】:ThispartofISO14461|IDF169describesaroutineprocedurefortheevaluationofresultsoftheenumerationofmicroorganismsusingcolony-countmethodswithsubsequent10-folddilutionstepsandoneplateortwoparallelplateswithineachdilutionstep.Thisroutineprocedureisappliedregularlyineachlaboratoryperformingcolonycounts.Itprovidescriteriafortheacceptabilityofdifferencesbetweentheresultsfromparallelplatesandsubsequentdilutionsteps,asfollows.a)Theresults(colonycounts)obtainedfromparallelplatesarecomparedwithtabulatedlimitsforgivencolonycounts.Iftheselimitsareexceeded,atechnicalproblemwhenperformingtheparalleldeterminationsmaybeindicated.b)Theresults(sumsofcolonycounts)oftwoparallelplatesoftwosubsequent10-folddilutionstepsarecomparedwithtabulatedlimitsforgivensumsofcolonycounts.Iftheselimitsareexceeded,atechnicalproblemwhenperformingthedilutionsmaybeindicated.c)Ifthelimitsmentionedaboveareexceededinmorecasesthanexpected,thisindicatesthatthetestprocedurelacksreliability.NOTETheformulaeforcalculatingthevaluesinTable1and2aregivenandexplainedinClause7.
