【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61850specifiesafileformatfordescribingcommunicationrelatedIED(IntellogentElectronicDevice)configurationsandIEDparameters,communicationsystemconfigurations,switchyard(function)structures,andtherelationsbetweenthem.ThemainpurposeofthisformatistoexchangeIEDcapabilitydescriptions,andSAsystemdescriptionsbetweenIEDengenneringtoolsandthesystemengeneeringtool(s)ofadifferentmanufacturesinacompatibleway.ThedefinedlanguageiscalledSystemConfigurationdescriptionLanguage(SCL).ThelEDandcommunicationsystemmodelinSCLisaccordingtoIEC61850-5andIEC61850-7-x.SCSMspecificextensionsorusagerulesmayberequiredintheappropriateparts.TheconfigurationlanguageisbasedontheExtensibleMarkupLanguage(XML)version1.0(seeXMLreferencesinClause2).Thisstandarddoesnotspecifyindividualimplementationsorproductsusingthelanguage,nordoesitconstraintheimplementationofentitiesandinterfaceswithinacomputersystem.ThispartofthestandarddoesnotspecifythedownloadformatofconfigurationdatatoanlED,althoughitcouldbeusedforpartoftheconfigurationdata.
