【摘要】:ThispartofISO28278givesguidelinesfortheassemblyandbondingofglasselementsinaframe,window,doororcurtain-wallingconstruction,ordirectlyintothebuildingbymeansofstructuralbondingoftheglasselementintoorontotheframeworkordirectlyintothebuilding.Itgivestheassemblerinformationthatenablehimtoorganizehisworkandcomplywithrequirementsregardingqualitycontrol.Qualitycontroloftheassemblyprocessisofthehighestimportance.ThispartofISO28278providestheminimumrequirementsforacceptablequalitycontroloftheprocessofstructuralsealantglazing(SSG)onasingleproject.TheannexescontainedattheendofthispartofISO28278providethemethodstoensureproperapplicationanddocumentationforasafeandweatherproofglazingassemblyproduct.ThisprocessisintendedtobeapplicabletomostSSGprojects.Theprojecttestingonmetalsubstratesandglassproductswilldeterminepropersurfacepreparationandinstallationinstructions.Theserulesdonotapplytotheadhesionordurabilityofthepaintfinishesorglassproducts.ThisisnotintendedtobeadurabilitytestrequirementforthepaintandglassproductscommonlyusedintheSSGprocess.Thestructural,weatherproofingandsealantproductswhicharecommonlyusedinstructuralglazingapplicationsarethosebasedonorganosiloxane,“silicone”polymers.ThispartofISO28278doesnotprecludetheuseofothersealanttypes,wherethesecandemonstratesuitabilityforserviceaccordingtothispartofISO28278andwhentheyareusedfollowingtherecommendationsofthesealantmanufacturer.Supportstobetakenintoconsiderationshallbeonlymetallicsubstrates,uncoatedglass,coatedglassandceramicfritenamelledglass.ThispartofISO28278relatestoSSGsystemsforuseinfa?adesandroofs,orpartsofthem,withglazingwithslopesasshowninFigure1.Fa?adeswithaninclinationoflessthan15°fromtheverticalareconsideredverticalfa?ades.Iftheslopetotheoutersidehasaninclinationabove50°,theglassisconsideredunsupportedglass.
