【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60947appliestoa.c.semiconductornon-motorloadcontrollersandcontactorsintendedforperformingelectricaloperationsbychangingthestateofa.c.electriccircuitsbetweentheON-stateandtheOFF-state.Typicalapplicationsaregivenintable2.Ascontrollers,theymaybeusedtoreducetheamplitudeofther.m.s.a.c.voltageontheloadterminalsfromthatoftheappliedvoltage–eithercontinuouslyorforaspecifiedperiodoftime.Thehalf-waveperiodofthea.c.waveformremainsunchangedfromthatoftheappliedvoltage.Theymayincludeaseriesmechanicalswitchingdeviceandareintendedtobeconnectedtocircuits,theratedvoltageofwhichdoesnotexceed1000Va.c.Thisstandardcharacterizescontrollersandcontactorsforusewithorwithoutbypassswitchingdevices.Thesemiconductorcontrollersandcontactorsdealtwithinthisstandardarenotnormallyintendedtointerruptshort-circuitcurrents.Therefore,suitableshort-circuitprotection(see8.2.5)shouldformpartoftheinstallationbutnotnecessarilyofthecontrolleritself.Inthiscontext,thisstandardgivesrequirementsforsemiconductorcontrollersandcontactorsassociatedwithseparateshort-circuitprotectivedevices.Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto?operationofa.c.andd.c.motors;?low-voltagea.c.semiconductormotorcontrollersandstarterscoveredbyIEC60947-4-2;?electronica.c.powercontrollerscoveredbyIEC60146;?all-or-nothingsolid-staterelays.Contactorsandcontrol-circuitdevicesusedinsemiconductorcontrollersandcontactorsshouldcomplywiththerequirementsoftheirrelevantproductstandard.Wheremechanicalswitchingdevicesareused,theyshouldmeettherequirementsoftheirownIECproductstandardandtheadditionalrequirementsofthisstandard.
